SeekSkin ships to most countries worldwide. Domestic Packages are shipped via the most popular shipping companies with a tracking number. Packages to Canada are shipped via DHL Parcel International, FedEx International Ground or FedEx International Economy. All other international packages are shipped via DHL International Standard.
Select products are available to ship to European Union, United Kingdom, and Australia. Please refer to the product page for any products you would like to purchase for additional details on shipping availability.
Shipping time
The normal processing time for orders is 24 hours during business days (Monday – Friday). Due to increased order volume and Covid-19 Protocols, please allow additional time for processing orders.
After your order has been shipped, delivery time within the United States is up to 3-10 business days, and 14-30 business days internationally. Please keep in mind that during holidays or limited edition launches and restocks, this time may vary.
Returns & Refunds
If you have received an incorrect order or if your product is damaged, you can apply for a return via email at hello@seekskin.com. Returns MUST be triggered within 48 hours of receiving the product owing to temperature regulations for our products.
Once your pickup request is raised we’ll provide you with all the details about the next steps. Please ensure that you take a picture at the time of triggering your return of the damage/incorrect order and email us at hello@seekskin.com citing your order number.

Order tracking number and link will be sent to your email after a successful purchase.
Seek Smile is not responsible for any shipping deliveries that may be affected by customs, natural occurrences, or air and ground transportation strikes or delays, nor any extra fees, customs or back end charges once the package has exited the United States.
Packages undeliverable by FedEx SmartPost, USPS, DHL and/or their international shipping partners will be cancelled and refunded once received and processed at our shipping hub.
